House Rules & Info
By Appointment Only
All sessions must be booked in advance. Walk-ins are not accepted. Address is shared upon confirmed booking.
Age Range
Kydz Lounge welcomes kids ages 5 and up. Max 5 kids per hour — no birthday parties or group events.
Supervision
A host is present for all sessions. Parents of younger children (under 10) are encouraged to stay on-site.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations made 24+ hours in advance receive a full refund. Less than 24 hours notice — 50% refund.
No Outside Food
Outside food and drinks are not permitted unless arranged in advance. Snack add-ons are available at booking.
Respect the Space
Guests are expected to treat the equipment and space with care. Damage may result in additional charges.
